God’s Country Leather Cactus Earrings

I designed these brown leather cactus earrings with the wide-open beauty of the Southwest in mind. You truly have to drive through the desert to understand why it’s called “God’s Country” — majestic mountains stretching across the landscape, saguaros that look otherworldly, and the clearest blue skies you’ve ever seen. It just looks like freedom. As a tribute to God and the United States, a gold-plated cross charm dangles from one earring, while the other features a sky-blue crystal and a white star. They are mismatched on purpose, which is something I love to do in my jewelry designs.
